Where we are right now
We're a newly registered Section 8 nonprofit — young, but not improvising. This process was designed before we opened our doors, and we'd rather tell you exactly what stage we're at than oversell it.
Phase 1 — underway now
Building the spotter network and the working groups
Currently informal and growing person by person across Bangalore neighbourhoods. Every report today is triaged by hand, and our six working groups are actively recruiting their first members.
Phase 2 — next
Open our first facility
A dedicated space to safely receive pregnant community dogs, support birth and the full weaning period, and place puppies in adoptive homes.
Phase 3 — future
Expand ward by ward
Once the model is proven in one or two neighbourhoods, grow the spotter network, the working groups, and facility capacity across more of Bangalore.
